Hey my friend,
Look around.
Stand next to me,
Don't make a sound.
This silence doesn't harm,
There's no reason for alarm.
See the clouds drifting,
Feel the air flowing.
Hey my friend,
where'd you go?
Come back to me,
you'll miss the show!
This darkness doesn't harm,
There's no reason for alarm.
See the clouds twist
Feel the air resist.
Hey my friend,
Wish you where here,
It's the show of a lifetime,
You'll miss it I fear.
the heavens do not harm
There's no reason for alarm.
See the clouds falling,
Feel the air consuming.
Hey my friend,
Look around,
Stand with me,
Don't make a sound.
This cataclysm won't harm
There's no reason for alarm.
See the cyclone rising.
Feel the end approaching...

The punishment for blowing up a nuclear device within Chico's city limits is a $500 fine. After the bomb blows up, tell me, WHO is going to collect the fine? More importantly, why ONLY $500?
